These guys are great. I have been using them for some time now. They have recently fixed a diamond ring, and a couple others. And they have dine an outstanding job every time. The jeweler has come out and takes the time to explain not just what he does but options in order to do the rings different. They're outstanding.

The aquamarine stone fell out of my favorite ring. Today was my first trip to Goldsmith's it will not be my last. The ladies were knowledgeable, extremely helpful. Besides my ring, I also brought in a necklace with 3 knots in an extremely fine chain. They unknotted the chain for me and didn't even charge for it. They also changed the battery in my watch and reset the time. Such wonderful customer service.

I have had two excellent experiences with Goldsmith's. Both times, Liana was so kind and helpful. The first visit was with my fiancé to look at wedding bands. Liana answered all of our questions, let us try on rings, and we never felt any pressure to buy. The second visit, I brought in a necklace with a broken link. Liana noticed that it was not soldered together and could simply be repaired with jeweler's pliers. She took it back, had it fixed within 3 minutes, and didn't charge me a penny. Goldsmith's places customer service and quality first, and they have a beautiful selection of jewelry to boot. I'll definitely continue to go back for all of my jewelry needs.

I got my engagement ring (elsewhere) a few weeks ago and they took 3 weeks and 2 days sizing it which is about the time they said it would take. I got it back Thursday and it was WAY to big still. It was gonna be another three weeks to have it sized and I was so sad considering I just got it back. I heard good reviews about this place so I went down there and they were INCREDIBLY NICE. She treated my ring/situation as if it was her own and rushed to have my ring done by Monday. Incredible service. I will never go anywhere else for jewelry needs.

I trusted Goldsmiths to redesign a family heirloom and they did an exceptional job. They listened to what I wanted and created a gorgeous updated piece that stayed true to the original. Perfect!

I am floored with how my ring turned out! Goldsmiths replaced the stone and welded the two bands together for me. The repairman (didn't catch his name) brought me three garnet stones from his own collection to choose from, and took time out of his weekend to cut it into a rounded stone for my band. I took my sunglasses in about two years ago to be fixed. I was told no charge and to just come back when I was in need of service. I did just that this week to have my wedding ring flashed and my Tiffany earrings cleaned. Please support this local business! There do amazing work!

I took my wedding and engagement rings to Goldsmith's to have them resized and to have sharp edges smoothed - the two rings had rubbed against each other over the last 15 years and the edges of the bands had gotten very sharp! Goldsmith's did a marvelous job. Their price was reasonable, and their service was friendly and professional. My rings were ready in a week, and look like new! They fit perfectly now (used to be too small). I highly recommend them and would definitely use their services again.
